RESET presents A Safe Space: Men's Support Group taking place every Saturday starting on 16th January 2021. the first sessions will take place and address the following topics:

  • Session 1: 16 Jan 2021, 13:00 – 14:30 - What it means to be a man
  • Session 2: 23 Jan 2021, 13:00 – 14:30 - Black men and mental health
  • Session 3: 30 Jan 2021, 13:00 – 14:30 - Exploring masculinity
  • Session 4: 06 Feb 2021, 13:00 – 14:30 - Relationships

Hosted by Nathaniel Oke (Registered Psychotherapist & Director of Talking Therapy Clinic), these free sessions will use the expressive and creative processes to explore personal challenges and mental health amongst Black Men.

This Black Men's only support group invites participants to express themselves in a safe confidential environment. The session will be delivered via Zoom. All information is private and confidential.

To keep the session intimate, spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once registered the same attendees will be expected to participate in the group sessions weekly. Sign up now!
